Overview

Innovation Through Crisis:  Redefining Healthcare Delivery:  the goal is to provide a multi-stakeholder platform to address healthcare challenges, identify potential solutions, and to engage members of the inter-professional healthcare team and key leaders within the healthcare system to identify actionable strategies to improve health outcomes and ensure the provision of high-quality healthcare.  Leaders, providers, and trainees from the inter-professional healthcare team, representing from academia, the pharmaceutical industry, health systems, ambulatory practice, population management, state legislatures, and healthcare policy leaders engage and actively participate in this conference to share best practices and perspectives on navigating and providing care within a complex healthcare system.  With a focus on innovation, healthcare management and changing existing models, this conference connects an inter-professional audience of opinion leaders, learners and speakers to address key issues related to healthcare delivery in order to bring about local and national practice change.  This year's conference will highlight the COVID-19 pandemic impact and influence on the healthcare delivery model, population health, specialty trends, behavioral health, key legislative actions and implementation of lasting system change to improve healthcare delivery in a post-pandemic world.

Objectives
  Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:

 


  1. Recognize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare delivery and access to care for citizens of New Jersey and the U.S.
  2. Identify innovative healthcare delivery practice models and opportunities for collaborations between members of the interprofessional healthcare team in a post-pandemic world.
  3. Explain the importance of healthcare data within population health and the benefits of patient risk stratification, predictive analytics, and reporting of outcomes
  4. Outline crisis leadership strategies to address healthcare systems challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic
  5. Describe best practices within drug transparency, consumer engagement, and value-based models to improve care quality, clinical outcomes, and efficiency all while reducing healthcare costs

Registration Fee:  $185.00

Payment is due upon registering.

Registration will close by 3:00PM Thursday, Sept. 15th, 2022.  On-Site Registrations are accepted at the venue on the day of the event.  If you are seeking ACPE credit, please make certain you include your nabp# and birth month and birth day (not the year) in the "Profile" section during registration.

If you are seeking credit, you must have your own iphone, tablet or laptop in order to complete the pre test and post test at the activity.  Pharmacists are to include their respective NABP# and birth month and birth day (not year) in the profile.  This is for ACPE credit submittal;  without this  information we cannot submit pharmacist credit.

Cancellation of Registration:

11-20 business days prior to program date - $10 charge

6-10 business days prior to program date - $30 charge

0-5 business days prior to program date: NO REFUND
