This activity will provide didactic, simulation, and clinical training of abortion provision.

Expert guidance, manuscript critique by the NEST research team, and resources to support development and completion of a JBI systematic review, plus a complimentary award-winning textbook, available for four months following the Institute.

The purpose of this course is to enhance the health/physical assessment skills of nurses who function in hospitals, long-term care facilities, schools, community health, and industrial settings.

The 3-Day Quantitative Track July 13, 16 and 17, 2026 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. daily

This session is for individuals who are interested only in the review and synthesis of quantitative evidence.  

The Institute will be held via Zoom and the Rutgers Canvas Learning Platform.

This is a one day presentation: July 13, 2026 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

This is for individuals who are interested only in learning about the basics of systematic reviews and evidence synthesis (i.e. designing a focused clinical question, searching the literature, developing a proposal).

This track is for individuals who are interested only in the review and synthesis of qualitative evidence. This option is available for those who wish to learn the skills for reviewing this type of evidence.
