Objectives
At the conclusion of this series, learners should be better able to:

  1. Analyze the unique presentation of orthopedic oncology clinical cases and properly select optimal imaging modalities for complete workup
  2. Assess role of preoperative imaging as a guide to surgical biopsy, resection and observation planning
  3. Identify routine and novel surgical pathological diagnostic tools as they allow for differentiation of various neoplastic processes
  4. Incorporate current trends in orthopedic oncologic care, including novel chemotherapeutic, surgical and radiation regimens for treatment of these neoplasm
