This activity will provide practicing clinicians with an update of the most recent advances in rhinology. Through lectures, case presentations, and question and answer periods, this symposium will provide an overview of the latest evidence, trends and innovations in the management of rhinologic conditions.

Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:

  1. Review the principles and techniques necessary for successfully undertaking various rhinology procedures in the office setting.
  2. Describe clinical features and key concepts in the pathophysiology and immunology of chronic rhinosinusitis.
  3. Discuss current and emerging therapies and treatment selection for chronic rhinosinusitis based on patient inflammatory phenotype, comorbidities and other individual factors.
  4. Review the pathophysiology, epidemiology, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic options, for management of CSF leak of the anterior skull base.
  5. Outline current indications for endoscopic resection of sinonasal malignancy and summarize recent developments in technique and instrumentation.

*Registration must be accompanied by program director’s letter confirming resident/fellow/trainee status. Please upload your letter when registering or email letter to [email protected].

Symposium fee includes breakfast, refreshment break, lunch, continuing education credits and course material. Registration for the symposium and post-program recreational activities can only be accepted through our secure online website until June 24, 2022. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.  If payment is not received in time for the activity, Rutgers reserves the right to cancel the registration.

Pre-registration is recommended. On-site registration will be accommodated on a space available basis.

Confirmation
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. As the activity date approaches, you will receive additional information to assist you with your plans to participate in the activity.

Cancellation/Refund
A full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be granted if notice is received no later than June 28, 2022. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellation received after June 28, 2020 and cannot be given for no shows. To cancel, please contact CCOE by email at [email protected].

Method of Participation

A CE certificate will be emailed to participants upon completion of the online evaluation.
