Regulatory Hot Topics: Collaborative Practice, Healthcare Misinformation, Regulatory and Ethical Considerations

Pharmacy professionals are faced with an ever-changing regulatory landscape, complicated by challenges redefined during the COVID-19 pandemic.  New practice models featuring collaborative practice agreements require legal consideration to remain within the scope of practice of the pharmacy professional.  Health misinformation has spread prodigiously and quickly through online and social media outlets, bringing to the forefront the ethical and legal responsibilities of promoting evidence-based and truthful practices.  Finally, vaccine mandates and fallout from the reversal of Roe v. Wade have resurfaced discussion on ethical practice in everyday scenarios.

In order to receive professional credit, you are required to complete the pre-test, post test and evaluation.  You must include your nabp# and birth data in the Profile section when registering.
