In today's rapidly evolving pharmaceutical landscape, staying abreast of regulatory changes is paramount for pharmacists to uphold patient safety and maintain compliance.  This Continuing education activity will provide pharmacists with critical knowledge on recent legal and regulatory changes affecting their practice.  Attendees will review the latest updates to the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and explain its implications on the pharmacy supply chain; outline the requirements surrounding pharmacist-provided hormonal contraceptives, including protocols and other New Jersey Board of Pharmacy regulatory updates; and describe current trends in e-prescription hacking, drug diversion, and the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) report on Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) practices and their impact on independent pharmacies.  This activity is essential for pharmacists seeking to remain compliant and effective in today's evolving practice environment.
