Overview
This activity aims to explore how psychoanalytic thinking can enhance our understanding of organizations and the broader social influences that impact them. The insights gained are used to promote and support the development of healthy, humane, and high-performing organizations. The theme for the Annual Meeting 2025, "Justice, Organizations, and Psychoanalysis," will focus on these purposes as they relate to significant issues of justice and fairness.

Accreditation and Credit Designation


In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and International Society For the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations. Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

Social Workers (The New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners):  This program is approved for social work continuing education hours by Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care in accordance with New Jersey administrative code 13:44G-6.4 and recognized by The New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners.  This program has been submited for  continuing education hours review for general social work credits. 

Social Workers: As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Rutgers Biomedical Health Scinces is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program.
