Overview

This activity is designed to bring together healthcare professionals from across disciplines to explore the critical role of well-being in healthcare delivery. The summit will highlight the personal, organizational, and economic value of investing in wellness initiatives, offering evidence-based strategies to reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and foster cultures of compassion and service.

Through keynote addresses, expert panels, interactive workshops, and networking sessions, participants will gain actionable insights into how emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and system-level innovations, including the use of AI, can transform healthcare workplaces. By focusing on both the science and economics of well-being, this program aims to equip professionals with the tools needed to create sustainable change in their organizations, benefiting both the healthcare workforce and the patients they serve.

The overarching goal is to empower the healthcare team to prioritize and implement well-being initiatives that support resilience, enhance patient outcomes, and build stronger, more sustainable healthcare systems.

Target Audience

The summit is designed for a broad range of healthcare professionals committed to improving both personal resilience and the culture of wellness across care settings. This interprofessional event welcomes physicians, physician associates, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, psychologists, and social workers, as well as fellows, residents, and other healthcare providers.

In addition, the program is highly relevant to healthcare executives, administrators, and educators who are seeking evidence-based strategies to reduce burnout, strengthen team cohesion, and understand the economic value of well-being initiatives. By convening diverse perspectives from across the healthcare team, the summit fosters meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices that can be applied across specialties and care environments.

Whether you are a clinician caring for patients on the front lines, a leader shaping institutional culture, or an educator preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals, this summit will provide practical tools, new insights, and actionable strategies to enhance well-being at every level of the healthcare system.
