Overview

Attendees will have a better understanding how to apply new regulations and guidance in their centers and develop policies and procedures to mentor and instruct others. They will learn strategies for staff motivation and retention, understand the recruiting process, and know how to create relationships within their local communities.

  2. Implement strategies to connect, engage and keep your team motivated during change and uncertainty
  3. Gain knowledge of the nurse residency program and how to get your community involved
  4. Develop strategies to secure employees and empower them within the facility
  5. Review strategies for bringing staff, family and patients together with grassroots efforts
  6. Calculate the three key benchmarks in targeting occupancy
  7. Refocus the current attention from admission to a more valuable (and predictive) targets
  8. Implement innovative approaches to recruitment and retention in their communities
  9. Understand the latest state and federal updates in long term
