Updated Guidelines for the Treatment of LTBI

The purpose of this activity is to increase TB awareness and knowledge among providers on current guidelines for the treatment of TB infection.

1. Tailor approaches and interventions for addressing TB in Pennsylvania including specific high-risk populations, using local epidemiologic data and local resources
2. Apply updated recommendations, research findings, and best practices for treating latent tuberculosis infection with the goal of increasing treatment initiation and completion
3. Integrate best practices for the treatment and management of LTBI in children and adolescents

How to Receive CE Credit: Participants should review the activity in its entirety and then complete the post-test, which is accessible on the "Online Content & Tests" tab and consists of a series of multiple choice questions. Upon completing this activity as designed, achieving a passing score of 70% or more on the post-test, and completing the evaluation, participants will be able to download their CE certificate. The CE certificate will also be emailed to you.
