TAC: Next 2nd Chance Behavioral Health and Criminal Justice Conference - That's a Wrap

1. Demonstrate increased self-awareness of their own trauma, grief, loss and secondary trauma.
2. Identify at least two strategies for coping with trauma, grief, loss and secondary trauma.
3. Analyze client needs when experiencing grief and loss from an interdisciplinary prospective.
4. Outline actionable processes in government reform that promotes citizen leadership and civic engagement.
5. Recognize unconscious racial bias that contributes to community marginalization.
6. List two actionable steps behavioral health providers can infuse into their practice to identify and eliminate racial bias in the communities they serve.
