TLC: Attachment-based Family Therapy Level 1 - Day 2 & 3

1. Describe how to facilitate in vivo, corrective attachment experiences that challenge negative interpersonal expectations, improve emotion regulation and foster more attachment promoting parent adolescent interactions.
2. Describe how attachment theory directly informs ABFT intervention.
3. Describe and facilitate in vivo, corrective attachment experiences that challenge negative interpersonal expectations, improve emotion regulation and foster more attachment promoting parent adolescent interactions.

Activity is a virtual event, to be held live. Registration for this event will close 48 hours prior to launch of training. This is when Zoom links and supporting materials will be distributed to email address used in registration. Please check emails for typos to minimize contact delays. 

CE Certificates will be distributed by UBHC via Rutgers Health CloudCME 

Registration and CE certificates are offered at no cost. 

Completion of Attachment Based Family Therapy Level 1, Day 1 and approval from DCF are prerequisites for these sessions.

This program is approved for 12.0 clinical social work continuing education hours. 

Certified Counselors: Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6198. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. (12.0 Clock Hours).
