1. Analyze missed diagnoses or unexpected findings from clinical cases and identify specific strategies to improve diagnostic accuracy in future practice.
2. Analyze autopsy findings to assess the effects of therapy on disease process, and discuss relevant patient safety issues and social determinants of health that may have contributed to the clinical outcome.
3. Identify the possible causes of death that may not be readily apparent clinically in the patient.
4. Link the etiology, pathogenesis, and effects of the various disease processes on patients.
5. Synthesize the updated and revised classifications of disease processes in patients.
